Before your visit
When you book, we send simple preparation notes. Generally that means eating lightly and staying well hydrated on the day. Nothing complicated, and we're a phone call away if you have questions.

Arrival & a friendly consult
You'll be welcomed into a calm, private space. Before we begin, your practitioner has a relaxed chat with you - covering how you're feeling, what to expect, and choosing between the open and closed system if you haven't already.

The session
You'll rest comfortably while warm, filtered water gently cleanses the colon at a low, comfortable pressure. Everything stays enclosed, private and odour-free. Your practitioner guides the flow and checks in with you throughout. Most people find it far more relaxing than they expected.

Afterwards
You'll have time to freshen up and settle before you head off. Many clients describe feeling light and comfortable. We'll share simple aftercare tips and, if you'd like, help you plan a rhythm that suits you.
How long does it take?
Allow around 45 to 60 minutes for your whole visit, including the consult and a little time afterwards. Your first visit may run slightly longer because of the initial chat.
