If you are new to colonic hydrotherapy, we generally recommend starting with 1–3 sessions close together, ideally within 1–2 weeks.

The first session introduces your body to the process. Follow-up sessions allow for a deeper and more complete release, while also helping you feel more comfortable and relaxed with the treatment.

Like any wellness practice, consistency in the beginning creates better results.


General Wellness and Maintenance

Once you have completed an initial reset, many clients move into a maintenance routine.

For general wellness, a session every 4–6 weeks works well for most people.

This helps to:

  • Support digestion
  • Reduce bloating
  • Encourage regularity
  • Maintain that light, clear feeling


Deeper Support and Specific Goals

If you are working towards specific health goals such as:
